I had been use Life360 for many years. It is working OK, sometimes bad. Get less functions than before, so Life360 want to force free user to pay. I don't mind to help pay... BUT $14.99 per month is way too much...!... If $14.99 / year many people don't mind to pay and Life360 will make a lot money... But ther're not that smart. So, may be Life360 think we can't live without... I bet some similar App. Will show up soon...!

I ve been a client of them for many years. Everything good but if you are unlucky enough to experience issues, well their support is literally the worst.
Beside giving you answers that are very rude and useless, they truly have no clue what to do.
I had 3 subscriptions and i cancel 2 of them completely and downgraded the last one to the very basic.
Too bad because the app and accuracy are pretty ok (not great)

Avoid this app. Have screenshots of previously visited locations updating throughout the day to say different locations. Hours can go missing with no records of locations. Customer service were useless and blamed the phone however same issues on multiple phones. Also location was reading perfect for every other app.

Not dependable
I feel it will get a lot of children in trouble and adults with it's unreliable gps system They need to shut down this app. It caused me to almost have a heart attack when it sent a update saying my mother was going 85! I called straight away and thought something was wrong for her to be going that fast. And she said no way was she going that fast. My mom works five minutes from home said it took her 20 minutes going 85 mph. Really? Shows she is still driving when she is home. My Waze app works way better than this. Only if they did location tracking for family members then it would be on point

What kind of business will not offer a partial refund even if you cancel one day after the annual renewal fee hits your credit card? Do not pay for any memberships to this app. Life360 gave no warning that a subscription renewal was imminent and charged my card as "Apple. Pay". It took the better part of the day deciphering and searching the internet for what this charge was pending to and after I found out and Life360 responded to me, the payment went through before I can go in and cancel my subscription. Not very forthright of them, so 'buyer's beware'.

Don't use this app. It will drive you nuts.

The accuracy with Life 360 is usually pretty good when it's working - but that's not often - they changed the format of the app that show dimensional objects, instead of aerial shots like it used to show. I am a gold member - doesn't notify you upon impact, like it states.
Also, I needed to change my billing and Apple ID, which they're not able to help me - which I find very hard to believe. So in order to continue to see my service as I am unable to sign in to my old account - I guess my only choice is to cancel my credit card, which is an inconvenience. Very disappointed in their customer service.

It's really crazy how sometimes it works great and then other times it has me and my boyfriend about to break up.it used to work good, but something happens.In the photo below it shows him going multiple times through what is a lake. Obviously he isn't going through a lake to go to someone's house. There are tons of discrepancies. It has caused me more issues than peace of mind.

Anything the app is supposed to do, it doesn't do. It's just an extra trash app. It's supposed to track your family until each other where you are but the GPS always stops working always. My phone won't even track me. It says I've been home for like 3 months no matter what I do with the app. Then they want you to pay ridiculous fee just so that app can keep not working.

Used my gold membership for the first time ever. Locked out of vehicle. They said about an hour for help (I'm in the middle of town) but ok no problem. Then when the time arrived for my "help" to be there I got a follow up message that they would be there in ANOTHER hour. Again, in the middle of a busy town with lots of other services. I feel they are not sending anyone and simply waiting me out. Also, when I contacted them and said I was female, in a now closed business, and it would be dark, they suggested I call 911. If I want to know now where my child was 4 days ago, this would be a good app. As soon as I started paying for it it stopped working. More worried about little bats or candy corn falling down the page around Halloween then actually telling me where my 16 year old driver is. I've 'contacted' them twice and still no response.

Numerous errors. Always showing people leaving and arriving, set locations whenever the app feels like it. Also, showed a 96 mile trip (actually only 55 miles} driven in all of 2 minutes! Stay away from this website. This gives no true accuracy! Use alternatives such as Find My Friends.

When we first downloaded in May 2019 it was very accurate & showed even the slightest turn or curve someone took. Last couple months it shows us quarter mile from where we are, shows my husband never leaves his office when he goes to lunch 3 blocks away, shows trips "as the crow flies" (rather than the route taken), and doesn't update location for minutes to hours. Not sure what's going on but I pay a subscription price, would expect it to be accurate.

It is a very bad tool
It creates problem fir families who are having mental health issues because this app lies your travel or location most of the times

About to get a divorce or kicked out of my house because of this App. Keeps showing me leaving work and going to an area from anywhere between 20 min to several hours. It shows a straight line, not following any roadways. My wife is going crazy thinking I have a Mistress in that neighborhood. If I could get my hands on someone from Life 360 responsible for this they would be in deep trouble.

Title is clickbait, however far from my point. Honestly tho it can tear families apart, supposedly to build trust and for safety but the temptation to stalk your fam is automatically losing trust. Not sure what caused this generations need to be safe when our parents didn't even have this $#*!. The fact that one review says it almost broke up their marriage goes to show how unreliable and unpredictable this app can be. At the end of the day, it is technology which $#*!s up no matter how advanced it is, so therefore is useless. The fact that you would want to stalk your teenager is disgusting. You were once a teenager too, and you had the freedom to live it without being tracked 24/7 by your parents and family.if your teen is ruthless, i suggest adjusting your parenting style because chances are its you not them. Would not recommend, only prisoners should have a tracking device on them.

I tried it for 2 days, cancelled the App. 10 days later they pulled $69.99 out of my PayPal account. I never gave them any financial information to access it. They have no customer service phone number, will not return emails..

Life 360 sucks it sometimes never works, and gives you wrong locations. There is way better things to keep your kids safe without using an dumb app. Don't get this app and there is really no good tracking apps at all.

All teenagers know how to fool the app by using multiple devices. Everybody has at least two devices nowadays - a phone, a tablet, etc. So they would leave the ipad in a "safe" location, then turn life360 off on their phone and go have their adventures without parents knowing.

I have been using for more than 4 years. It helped me twice to locate my son's phone, lost somewhere in Kingston. Also let me know when my son reaches or leaves school. This was important when he was 11 but still good to know.

We signed up when they allowed up to 5 locations without charge went in to replace them because of changes in our life. Of course this meant deleting one of our five to add a new location. Once it was deleted, another one could not be added in its place. No warning of this was provided at all. After thinking maybe we did something wrong, now we only have two locations. They knew this would happen and provided no information that it would. While I was thinking of getting a paid plan that thought is gone. This is a dirty way to do people imo. Beware. There is no transparency in their processes.

Tried this on our iPhone 6's. This app is hit and miss... it often doesn't respond (states in banner to check connection, when connection is fine). It also says my daughters phone is somewhere its not. I know this because myself or my wife are with her and it locates her miles away somewhere she has never been. When it does work, it's not up to date, but may often be hours behind. Definitely needs more work
